Zafririm Zinfandel consists of grapes with a little Petite Syrah.
Zinfandel originates from Italy, where it is called "Primitivo". The small plot of the Zinfandel grapes in the Ella Valley yields a particularly rich and well-seasoned fruit, and we have discovered how well it is suited to grow in our area. This wine has been aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.
