What is it?
This unique workshop makes for a fun and fabulous private event. Learn how to make deliciously complex Georgian breads and pastries, such as Khachapuri Adjaruli (Georgian Cheese Bread Boat) and Khinkali (Georgian Cheese Dumplings), using secret Georgian recipes that have been passed down through the ages. All this takes place under the loving and entertaining guidance of Georgian chef Nino Pichkhadze, who will educate you about the wonderful Georgian food and culture.

Nino's Georgian Dough Workshops are perfect for small groups and provide a fun and unique way to celebrate birthday, anniversaries and bachelorettes. The workshops are also ideal for small corporate gatherings, since they are 'ice-breaking' and encourage team interaction. Furthermore, Nino has made use of her teaching background by designing a special workshop program for children.

The baking workshops take place in Nino's private garden, in the quaint Jaffa neighborhood of Tel Aviv.
