A Pure Rich Blend
Natuf Olive Oil is made from a delightful combination of two olive varieties, Coratina and Picual, which are grown on the winery's estate.
Coratina olive trees originate from Italy and their olives are more delicate in flavor. This Italian variety produces floral notes and rich peppery oils that make the fruit easy to mill.
Picual olive trees originate from Spain and give off a spicier flavor. This popular variety accounts for around 25 percent of olive oil around the world. Enjoy delicious green tomato notes, fresh fruitiness and a balanced palate.
After harvesting, we transport the olives to our friends in a nearby Palestinian village who work with us to produce the oil itself. It's a beautiful collaborative process!
