Having trouble choosing between wine and beer? We have the perfect solution!
Our Chardonnay Brew is produced from eight hundred pounds of crushed chardonnay grapes. Into the mix we add three thousand pounds of Pilsner malt, following which the brew is hopped with Hallertau and fermented with a blend of wine yeast and Belgian abbey yeast. The final result is a beer with golden rays, fruity undertones and a complex finish. Not to be missed!
